RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales of original artwork are final. However, if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
To start a claim, email flowbygraceavena@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the artwork, and the shipping box. Once the claim is reviewed, I’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the damage.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

Custom commissions are non-refundable once the creation process has begun, as each piece is made specifically for you.
